How do I schedule simulator time?

Select a subscription or single session, complete payment, enter the provided code, then choose KAXH or KLBX and an available 1-hour or 2-hour block.

Can I book both locations?

Yes, but KAXH and KLBX have independent calendars and availability.

How is double booking prevented?

The booking plugin or custom scheduler should lock unavailable blocks once booked.

Can appointments be moved?

Admin workflow should allow add, edit, cancel, and move actions from the WordPress dashboard.

What are the cancellation rules?

Cancellation and reschedule policy will be confirmed with staff before live booking automation is enabled.
