Simulator Use, Purchases, Refunds, and Contact

Simulator Use

Loggable Time Simulations provides affordable access to flight-simulation equipment for training, proficiency, and aviation education.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Arriving on time and using only their reserved session.
  • Following all posted operating instructions.
  • Treating the simulator and related equipment with reasonable care.
  • Promptly reporting equipment problems or damage.
  • Ensuring that any time entered into a pilot logbook satisfies applicable FAA regulations and requirements.

We do not guarantee that every simulator session qualifies as loggable flight-training time. Logbook eligibility depends on factors that may include the simulator’s qualification, the training activity performed, the customer’s qualifications, instructor participation, and applicable regulations.

Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, unsafe conduct, unauthorized access, intentional damage, or repeated violations of scheduling and facility rules.

Purchases and Subscriptions

All prices are shown before purchase. A subscription provides access according to the benefits, scheduling limits, and subscription period described at the time of purchase.

Access begins when the subscription is activated. Because even a single simulator session can deliver the principal value of the subscription, customers should review the subscription terms and confirm that the service meets their needs before purchasing.

Subscriptions may not be transferred, shared, resold, or used by another person unless expressly authorized by Loggable Time Simulations.

If a subscription renews automatically, the customer authorizes us to charge the payment method on file at the stated renewal interval until the subscription is canceled. Canceling stops future renewals but does not reverse charges already incurred.

Refund Policy

Subscription purchases and simulator sessions are non-refundable once access has been activated, a reservation has been used, or simulator access has otherwise been provided.

We do not issue full or partial refunds for:

  • Unused subscription time.
  • Missed or late appointments.
  • A customer’s scheduling conflicts or change of plans.
  • Failure to use available subscription benefits.
  • Cancellation after a renewal charge has been processed.
  • A customer’s later determination that a session does not qualify for a particular logbook purpose.

We will review requests involving duplicate charges, incorrect billing, or a confirmed failure by Loggable Time Simulations to provide the purchased access. When appropriate, we may provide account credit, replacement simulator time, or a refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right that cannot legally be waived.

Cancellations and Scheduling

Customers may cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation does not provide a refund for the current subscription period, but access will remain available through the end of the paid period unless the account has been terminated for misuse.

Reservation cancellations and changes are subject to the scheduling rules displayed when the reservation is made. Late cancellations and missed sessions may be treated as used simulator time.

Technical Problems

Customers should report a technical problem as soon as it occurs and before leaving the facility whenever reasonably possible. We may be unable to provide replacement time or account credit when a problem is not reported promptly enough for us to verify it.

If a confirmed equipment or system failure materially prevents use of a scheduled session, our usual remedy will be replacement simulator time or account credit. Any refund remains at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.
